PROJECT DESCRIPTION

We are a young Ukrainian project which decided to bring a piece of Italian luxury, quality and experience to Ukrainian families, help to alleviate parental weekdays and please the kids.

The purpose of a business plan: signing of a long-term international contract for the supply of goods of the Medel and Mebby brands to Ukraine.

In business, which end users are children, there are several important trends.

First, it is the stability of demand: every year about 400 thousand children are born in Ukraine. Children grow very quickly, so many things have to be bought again or replaced because of their irrelevance.

Secondly, the insignificant impact of crisis phenomena: it doesn’t work in children market segment. Parents can refuse from many purchases for themselves, but they will still invest money in their child.

Third, the lack of high quality products on the market and growing demand for such king of products. That’s why we are sure that the Mebby and Medel products will be popular in Ukraine.

We plan to sell production through different channels:

1) store – we plan to open a store in a shopping center in the capital of Ukraine – Kyiv. (In the Darnitsa NEw Wave mall based in the densely populated bedroom district, 20-30 sq m – xx USD / 1sq m rent per month).

2) trade with major Ukrainian children’s shops, medical equipment shops, аnd big retаilers like rosetkа.com;

3) website – we will create and promote a website.

4) organize exhibitions, seminars and fairs.
